How are your additive-free wines made?

Careful handling and processing, temperature control, and filtration prior to bottling.

Where does your fruit come from?

I acquire most of my fruits (strawberries, raspberries, apples) from local farms. Others are personally harvested and come from independent growers on the Olympic Peninsula (plums & apples).

Beets (sweet and colorful, but not a fruit) come from Nash's Organic Farm.
